We do not collect data personal information.

To ensure maximum security, records of submitted forms are stored for a maximum period of 60 consecutive days from their creation. During this time, it is the client's responsibility to back up these records.

Our approach is based on ensuring that our clients' data is handled securely and is not accessible to other clients or unauthorized third parties. We do not use Google data, and user accounts are only accessed to store data from the Evolforms App, such as PDF files, images, and Google Sheets spreadsheets. Under no circumstances will data in Google be accessed by Codedesign staff or any user other than the account owner. The use of data obtained from Google APIs will comply with the Google services' User Data Policy. Google APIs, including limited usage requirements.
5. Use of Customer Credentials:
Evolforms connects to external platforms using customer-provided credentials to securely and privately extract and store information. We ensure that these credentials are used exclusively to provide effective and efficient service to our customers. We do not share or store these credentials beyond what is strictly necessary for the proper functioning of the application and its integration with external platforms.

It is important to note that Evolforms is designed exclusively for use by businesses and is not intended for use by individuals. Our application was developed to help businesses collect data efficiently and securely, and to ensure the privacy and security of their sensitive and confidential information.
